New Model at The Hideaway

SEDA New Homes, one of Jacksonville’s largest locally owned and operated home builders, has recently unveiled a new model home at The Hideaway.

“The model features all of latest design trends,” says Linda Semanik of SEDA New Homes. “We feel people will enjoy the open floor plan and exceptional features.”

The model home floor plan is the Weatherby E, which features exterior detailing that includes Craftsman style columns, Prairie style mullions in the windows, board and batten accents and a welcoming covered front porch. This 4-bedroom, 2 bath, 2,018 sq. ft. home also boasts a spacious lanai with a decorative paver extension that can be enjoyed as an outdoor living area to relax or entertain.

The kitchen has a large island that seats four and overlooks the dining room. The bar top in the kitchen is open to the gathering room, creating an extensive space for entertaining.  The back wall of the gathering room is mostly glass allowing an abundance of natural light. To view a virtual tour of the new model, visit SEDA online at www.SEDAnewhomes.com and click on the Hideaway community tab.

“The Hideaway offers beautiful quality homes in Nassau County,” says Semanik. “With no CDD fees and low HOA dues, homebuyers get so much value for their money here.”

Homes in The Hideaway start in the upper $100’s, and include enhanced standard features such as architectural shingles, irrigation system, full security system, gourmet kitchens with stainless appliances, solid surface countertops  and  42” premium maple cabinetry.
