SEDA’s “Build on Your Lot” Division Now Building ‘Preselected Homes’

The Catalina model home at Jacksonville Ranch ClubFor over 29 years, SEDA Construction Company’s “Build on Your Lot” Division has been building their plan on your land. Now, in addition, the company has also been able to purchase prime waterfront home sites at incredible prices to offer homebuyers the opportunity of a lifetime.

The home sites are located in St. Johns Landing Estates, which is an upscale boating community with a private boat ramp that provides direct access to the southern shore of the St. Johns River. Located in Duval County on Reed Island Drive in the Fort Caroline area, St. Johns Landing Estates is less than 10 miles east of downtown Jacksonville with quick access to the Beaches and the Jacksonville International Airport.

This gated community features a recreation center and community pool that is located adjacent to the St. Johns River. Most of the lots are waterfront with scenic views.

In addition to St. Johns Landing Estates, SEDA’s “Build on Your Lot” Division also built the model home at the Jacksonville Ranch Club. This designer home is located on a one acre lot and includes luxurious features such as granite countertops, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, an expansive lanai and much more. This beautifully furnished model, complete with furnishings, appliances and window treatments, is currently available for sale.

“We have homes available for immediate move-in starting from $273,900,” says Linda Semanik of the ‘Build on Your Lot’ Division of SEDA.

“Land of the Free, And the Home of the Brave”

On this upcoming 10th anniversary of September 11, 2001, it is a time for our nation to reflect on what it means to be the “land of the free, and the home of the brave.”

Our freedom is not something to be taken for granted, but instead treasured, because as it has been said, “Freedom is not free.”

At SEDA, we honor the brave men and women in uniform whose sacrifice keeps our nation safe and our country free.

As a marine who served during the Vietnam War (’66-’69), I deeply appreciate the dedication that these men and women have for our country. My father was an Air Force P51 fighter pilot who served during WWII, so respect for our military runs deep with me.

We are proud to assist our military when they purchase a SEDA home by offering our $1 Military Move-In Special.

In addition, we also recognize those who serve our community and make our neighborhoods a better place to live. For those service professionals, including police, firefighters, teachers and medical professionals, SEDA offers special incentives when they purchase one of our homes.

I read an interesting quote from an unknown author. It read:

Freedom is a lot like air.
When it is around, you hardly notice it.
Once taken from you, you notice it instantly.

Something for us to think about as we freely come together on this September 11th to remember those who lost their lives on that historic day.

Respectfully,

John A. Semanik
