The Decorative Emporium is where buyers review their home plans with our Design Coordinator. You will make your personal selections for your new home’s interior and exterior, all in the warm and relaxing atmosphere of our 1,900 square foot showroom.

You will select colors for shingles, brick, siding, paint and other exterior details. You will also choose interior features including carpeting, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, paint colors and much more.

SEDA Construction Company was one of the first home builders in Jacksonville to provide such a large "one stop" decorating center. With the guidance of our Design Coordinator, who holds a degree in interior design, you may choose your home's detailing with confidence.

While in the Decorative Emporium you have the opportunity to make changes to your floor plan or exterior elevation with the help of our Architectural Designers using CAD (computer assisted design).
