SEDA Construction Company was founded in 1982 with the concept of becoming one of the leading, financially sound builders in the chosen market of personalized housing. We have made a commitment to customer satisfaction and to making the experience of purchasing a new home a pleasant one for our customers. By striving to be the best, SEDA Construction Company has grown to be the largest locally owned builder in Jacksonville. We are currently in communities throughout the First Coast, including Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Baker and Nassau counties, with price ranges and floorplans to meet all customers' needs. We are one of the few builders who will build our plan on your lot.
